Known by this moniker in the great state of Michigan, the origins of the pasty are not entirely clear. Thanks in part to the spread of Cornish miners, variations are found worldwide. Essentially, it's a small pie that can be eaten without cutlery. Our house-made dough is stuffed with onions, peppers, garlic, celery, carrots, corn, black beans and cheddar cheese. Add ground beef upon request.
